the room was top-notch and new-fashioned, included feather pillows. the bathroom was large with hairdryers, terry cloth bathrobes and shower caps.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was really comfortable and had lovely decor. The staff treated me like royalty and made me feel so welcome.

When it comes to breakfast choices, I wish there were more options available.

I was offered a room with nice views of the ocean and pointe. The restaurant here was good for an outdoor Dinner.

Beautiful and nice hotel, all we needed for longer stay in San Jose del Cabo. The pool was amazing and the staff was absolutely amazing and amazing. The room was comfortable and luxurious with a shower, a hairdryer and terry bathrobes in the private bathroom. The view of the ocean and pointe from the window was pleasant.

I was very happy with the absolutely amazing and amazing staff and their excellent service. Got beautiful and nice room with champagne and a balcony, for instance - always come in handy. The pool was amazing and I had mixed drinks in the pool bar.

Even the Los Cabos airport was not so far, 22 minutes drive away. Very very nice staff, couldn't ask for more.

I cannot express enough how amazing my stay was at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I fell in love with everything, from the gorgeous architecture to the location right on the beach. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to assist me with any questions I had. I particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants, especially the breakfasts which were the perfect start to my day. Lastly, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained this hotel was, it truly exceeded all of my expectations.

However, there were a few positive aspects. The views from the room were stunning, and the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to nearby attractions were appreciated. The hotel location was convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby.

The negative aspects of my stay outweighed the positives. The air conditioning in the room was broken, and it took multiple requests to have it fixed.
